Meet Logan

Logan is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who understands that many men are used to dealing with problems on their own. Growing up on a farm and being involved in sports showed him how often men are expected to stay tough, perform under pressure and keep going even when something is not working. His style is relaxed, practical and straight to the point—without judgment or unnecessary pressure.

Logan works with athletes, farmers, professionals and men in blue-collar, oil and energy jobs. He helps clients manage stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship problems and the pressure that can build at work or at home. Sessions focus on understanding what is happening, identifying what needs to change and finding strategies that make sense in everyday life.

He also supports men dealing with separation, divorce, parenting, workplace conflict, burnout, marijuana use and changes in direction or motivation. You do not need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before you begin. Logan will meet you where you are and help you take the next step.
