Meet Lori
Care Shaped by Real Life
Lori’s commitment to wellness grew from her own experiences with physical and mental health challenges. She understands how overwhelming it can feel when your health is affecting several parts of your life and the support available only addresses one piece at a time.
For more than a decade, Lori has continued learning what helps people create meaningful, lasting change. As the founder of Maliya Wellness Centre, she spent five years building a collaborative space where women, teens and children could access thoughtful, evidence-informed care.
The relationships Lori has built and the stories families have trusted her with continue to shape her work. She brings warmth, curiosity and intention to everything she creates, with the goal of helping people feel heard, understand their health and find a clearer way forward.
