Rhylee holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and completed her undergraduate studies in recreation therapy. Her experience spans private practice, community mental health and outpatient settings, where she has supported people navigating psychiatric diagnoses and a range of mental health concerns. At MFM, she focuses on couples therapy for adults aged 18 and older and psychoeducational assessments for children and youth aged seven and older.
Helping others has been a thread throughout Rhylee’s life. Growing up, she was often the friend people turned to for advice and support, helping shape her interest in a career focused on helping and healing. As a wife, mother and hockey player, she understands the demands of relationships, family life and performance pressure.
Rhylee is passionate about helping couples navigate communication challenges, life transitions and parenthood. Her warm, approachable style creates space for both partners to feel heard, understand recurring patterns and work toward practical changes that strengthen their connection.
Through psychoeducational assessments, Rhylee helps families better understand their child’s learning profile, strengths and support needs, providing clarity and recommendations to guide next steps at home and at school.
